With just a few questions, the Content Finder follows best practices for zero-party data collection—gathering only essential information to personalize the experience immediately and build out a more accurate profile of someone based on their explicit feedback. Collette has ambitious plans for leveraging the insights gathered through the Content Finder to shape strategic priorities and drive preference-based personalization to lead to a better overall customer experience. Currently, all data from the quiz flows into Collette’s customer data platform, Twilio Segment, for in-depth analysis. Soon, Collette aims to use this data to deliver more personalized communications across its array of digital channels. This will include creating targeted ad audiences for retargeting, and inviting visitors to opt into email updates to receive tailored nurture streams aligned with their volunteered preferences and needs.
