Customer Monthly Training Sessions

Training sessions are 60 minutes total and consist of two 30 minute segments: Deep Dive Topic and Onboarding Training. Both segments are available to new and existing Wyng customers.


The Deep Dive Topic changes monthly and focuses on specific, high value areas of the platform that help you be more efficient and launch successful experiences.


Onboarding Training covers the basics of platform navigation, building experiences, viewing metrics, and more.

All sessions are hosted every second Wednesday of the month at 10am ET via Zoom. 

March 13: Integrations

Increase team efficiencies, ensure proper account governance, and flow data where it needs to go with Wyng integrations.

We will discuss how to set-up integrations and best practices for managing integrations during this session.

Onboarding Training

Onboarding Training starts immediately after the Deep Dive Topic concludes, around 10:30am ET. All new Wyng users are highly encouraged to attend Onboarding Training.

  • Overview of most commonly used templates and features of Experience Studio
  • Basics around the Forms and Questions components
  • How to preview and publish your experiences
  • How to view and interpret Experience Metrics
  • How to download form submissions
